Rob was very helpful, explained everything about my Apple Mac laptop, the problems it could be and the costs involved; which were very reasonable. He did a full check up and explained what needed doing. There was no pressure selling and he was very sympathetic to my situation. I would highly recommend this guy because he is genuine.
